Activate your SIM & eSIM card

1. Activation of Spanish cards requires by law customer identity validation. Please have your international passport at your disposal. 


2. Should you face a problem in the robotic identify check process, please send us a copy of your passport, SIM number and the desired activation date of your card to [email protected] and we will program the activation manually.


3. The number of SIM/eSIM card activations allowed per person (unique passport) is five (5).


4.Only adults (18+) can perform identity validation. 


5. Please insert the SIM card and restart the phone only after getting an activation confirmation email.


6. Activations requested during night hours (23:00 - 08:00 AM CET), will be executed by Orange and Vodafone as of 08:00 AM.


7. After activation, please ignore SMS messages asking for a copy of your passport or ID card.
